Why does my PC Software- WINDOW FX does not function properly on my PC?

Whenever I run the program, the desktop icons and the task bar (Including the start menu) disappears, and when you "right-click" on the desktop, there would be no options (e.g. refresh, properties, etc…)

How can I Fix the Problem?
